Lillis Photography specializes in travel photography with an emphasis on European architecture, landscapes, open-air markets, people, and florals. Italy, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, England, Canada and the United States are represented strongly in her portfolios. She is a primary photographer for Gunston Hall Plantation, the home of George Mason on Mason Neck, Virginia, and the official photographer for the American Friends of the Czech Republic, (AFoCR), and non-profit organization that promotes relations between the U.S and the Czech Republic.

Lillis also provides photography for political events and private parties, as well as pet portraiture. Her fine art work from European travel is displayed in many Washington, D.C. restaurants, wine shops, historic homes, and art galleries.

Lillis is a permanent member of the Workhouse Photographic Society at Lorton Arts Foundation located at 9601 Ox Road, Lorton, Virginia. Her work is on display year-round in Building 6. Lillis also creates photographic greeting cards from any image of her own or one supplied by her clients.
